1. Natural stone products, including granite and marble are inherently subject to variations in shadings and markings. Color variations are normal and should be expected.

2. All in stock claims must be made within 10 days after delivery.

3. All sealers, grouts, thinsets, and cleaners are final sale. 

​

4. You may return only IN STOCK items within 30 days of purchase with a 25% re-stock fee. You must have prior approval from management before any products may be returned.

 

5. No exchanges or returns on special order products. All special orders are final sale.

 

6. All closeout tile is final sale.
